Essential Qualities :
- Practicing Roman Catholic, in good standing
- Demonstrated passion for guiding and supporting high school students in their personal, academic, and career journeys
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy for the needs and concerns of students
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, displaying initiative and organization
Responsibilities / Capabilities :
- Provide comprehensive counseling services to high school students, addressing academic, and career-related needs
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and external stakeholders to identify and implement strategies for student success
- Uphold and advance the mission of Mater Salvatoris, in alignment with the values of the Sisters of the Company of the Savior
Degree / Experience Requirements :
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in high school counseling or related field preferred
- Licensure or certification in school counseling or eligibility to obtain licensure
