About Amp Americas Amp Americas is an emissions reduction platform. Join our mission to revolutionize the energy sector and make a lasting impact on the environment. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Development Senior Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL.

This is a truly unique opportunity for an investment banking or private equity professional to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector.

Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Development, you will be a key contributor to our company's growth initiatives via organic growth, M&A and corporate strategy.

You will have the chance to work closely with the CFO and CEO, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities Owner of asset and corporate level modeling Development of internal and board level presentations M&A, financing and tax credit transaction execution, ensuring thorough analysis and risk mitigation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, operations, engineering, legal, and accounting, to achieve corporate objectives Support the CFO on all strategic finance initiatives Structure and negotiate commercial relationships with business partners, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration Required Skills and Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field *(required)* Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration *(preferred)* Minimum of three (3) years of investment banking, private equity, or related finance experience *(required)* Exceptional quantitative data analysis skills, including advanced Excel modeling and MS Office proficiency *(required)* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously *(required)* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas *(required)* Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications Passion for alternative energy and renewable fuels What We Offer Exposure to high-level decision-making processes preparing you for future leadership roles Opportunity to build a rewarding career in a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the RNG industry Direct working relationship a management team who has extensive experience in M&A, providing invaluable mentorship and guidance A chance to make a meaningful impact on the environment and contribute to a sustainable future Collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays with a focus on work-life balance Blend of in-office collaboration at our headquarters and flexible work-from-home arrangements.
