About the Role :

The Maintenance Mechanic role at the Princeton location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to :

• Performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Operation of Maintenance computer system for time entry and work order generation.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and failure and completing repairs as needed.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality, including all quality assurance checks and keeping proper documentation.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and / or quality issues.

Important Details : This is a full-time permanent role, which has rotating days off. Shift hours typically follow a minimum of 8 hours with a maximum of 12 hours.

1st Shift : 6 : 45am 3 : 00pm

2nd Shift : 2 : 45pm 11 : 00pm

3rd Shift : 10 : 45pm 7 : 00am

About You :

You’ll fit right in :

• If you have 5+ years experience in electrical troubleshooting and a good understanding of Allen Bradley PLC Controllers, motor starters, relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, belts, and welding / cutting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment food manufacturing a plus.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, complete changeovers, lift, twist, bend, carry, stand, stoop, turn, and reach overhead.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
