Litigation Attorney - Tulsa Office
Our growing law firm seeks a talented litigation attorney for our Tulsa office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of litigation experience, with defense work or DA or ADA experience being a plus.
Key Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
- Active Oklahoma Bar membership in good standing
- Defense work experience preferred
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities :
- Handle various stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court appearances
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage case files and meet deadlines consistently
- Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation for excellence
