Punch Press Operator
Shift :
1st Shift : 7am to 3pm
2nd Shift : 3pm to 1am Monday through Thursday
Pay : $18.00-$26.00 / hour
Essential Duties :
- Set-up, operates, and adjust 5ton to 200ton metal stamping presses.
- Select the correct tooling for the job task with set-up documents or supervisor / lead assistance.
- Able to troubleshoot metal forming problems.
- Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED required
- Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
- Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of metal manufacturing.
- A certificate from college or technical school is a plus
