Minimum qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working in Quality Assurance.
- Experience working with consumer software products.
Preferred qualifications :
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects.
- Experience with telecommunication devices, consumer electronics, or similar.
- Experience in technical program management.
- Experience in Android development.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage complex, cross-functional issues with mixed stakeholders and leads.
- Ability to think about consumer hardware and software, how they work, and are interested in making them better.

Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve gaps in current processes / tools needed to ensure a successful delivery of our releases with high quality and stability.
- Lead OEM collaboration on top quality areas and manage key issues across the organization to closure.
- Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules and communicate status and health to all stakeholders.
- Identify tools (processes, techniques, automation) that lead or contribute to operational scalability for the internal team.
- Lead triage and communicate progress with Tech Leads and Program Managers of top issues related to product quality and stability.
