What this AP Specialist will be doing :
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors, high volume!
- Enter all invoices and payments in accounting software
- Process due invoices for payment, which includes weekly check runs and ACH / Wire Payments
- Provide support to the accounting team
Preferred qualifications :
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience in accounting
- comfortable working with Excel and other software
- Strong attention to detail
