Summary :

FYI For your Information has an exciting new opportunity for an Employee Medical Exam Administrative Assistant supporting the DEA Health Services group and the Periodic Medical Exam Program.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

Prepare medical examination packets and send to employees.

Review exam lists and determine who needs exam packets sent to them.

Receive completed exams both electronically and in hard copy.

Input data into Health Unit Medical Information System (HUMIS) for exam tracking purposes.

File medical exam paperwork.

Maintain tracker of outstanding items and / or employees who require follow-Up documentation.

Assist Program Manager with reconciliations and verify information is complete and accurate.

Assist Chief with other duties as assigned.

Note this is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in the Arlington, VA office) with the first month onsite for training.

Required skills and qualifications :

Associate's Degree.

A minimum of 2 year's experience in a related role within a healthcare setting.

Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of an organization both in writing and verbally.

Ability to maintain or obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Highly Preferred hands on experience with HUMIS
