IMEG is growing, and we’d love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Corporate Mailroom Supervisor in our office.

The Corporate Mailroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the corporate mailroom, while coordinating communication and account management with offices nationwide.

The Corporate Mailroom Supervisor will manage the mailroom staff all related scheduling. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mailroom, so it stays on track to meet business needs.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Coordinate companywide shipping contracts, equipment, leases as needed, including online accounts, merger & acquisition accounts, etc.
  • Processing of incoming / outgoing mail, courier shipments and daily operations
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., including labeling, packaging, tracking, destination verification, insurance and other specialty shipping and / or services
  • Assist with office equipment identification and supplies (paper, cartridges, identification accounts)
  • Maintain individual schedules for mailroom and front office coverage
  • Assist front office receptionist and responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of project / client, corporate, and employee related matters
  • Maintain inventory of all shipping, PPE, office supplies, etc.
  • Reconcile vendor monthly statements
  • Perform administrative duties to support team needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Creative and effective problem-solving skills
  • Trustworthy and confidential with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education and Experience

  • High School Education required; Associate degree, or certificate preferred
  • 4 years of experience is required, 5 years is preferred
