The Basics (Required Education and Experience)
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
- Two years of experience in information systems support
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted
- Please include ALL prior work experience on your application and resume.
Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience)
- Prior Helpdesk or Desktop Technician experience; Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and software
- Solid understanding of desktop computer hardware and peripherals
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred but not required
