Job Description

Customertimes works with major corporations throughout Europe and North America, including industry leaders in healthcare, life sciences, CPG, manufacturing, financial services, education, and the non-profit sector.

Our clients include companies such as IQVIA, UPSA, L'Oreal, Dyson, Philips, Sharp, and Danone

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences

Nice to have :

  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions
  • Experience working with Pharma and / or CPG industries
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce
  • Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales / Service Cloud Consultant
  • Fluent in Russian

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
  • Design and implement improvements in Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team
  • Be a part of the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices
  • Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency

Working Conditions

  • Trial period 3 months;
  • Regular salary and position reviews;
  • Flexible schedule and remote work;
  • 20 working days of paid vacation leave;

  • 5 day off for personal purposes;
