Overview
Location : Lynchburg, VA
This position contributes to the success of PBNA by ensuring proper cashiering and settlement for all FSV and GEO routes is performed daily as well as maintaining the location's UDM case disputes and AR short pays.
Responsibilities
- Cashiering and settlement of all Full Service Vending and GEO routes daily
- Maintain and balance the safe weekly
- Maintain and balance the Full Service Coin Fund
- Order Change for Full Service Routes on a as needed basis
- Make accurate deposits to Bank of America daily
- Maintain an accurate and balance cashier log, deposit log, insufficient funds, misc. deposit, over / short and customer overpayment log on a weekly / period basis
- Review, Research, and Respond to customer dispute cases ( Lynchburg, Danville, and Johnson City TN Locations)
- Responsible for employee sales bi-weekly orders
- Maintain and report to GM daily POD exceptions report
- Review, Research, and log AR short pays
- Attend Drivers Meeting on a Quarterly basis
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in person, online or by telephone
- Comply with document retention records policy and data classification policies as it relates to settlement
- Maintain, Log, distribute, and shred PBNA Coupons
- Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned to include coverage for Peers
- Provide assistance for company events, such as team meetings, retirement parties, and employee recognition opportunities
- Primary back-up payroll administrative assistant
Compensation and Benefits :
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
