- This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, organizing, and publishing policies, procedures and guidelines for internal operations divisions and finding solutions using digital tools;
- facilitating work with internal and external customers to gain acceptance and consensus; supporting efforts to improve content taxonomies and content organization;
- staging and publishing new and revised records on approval applications; securing cooperation of appropriate levels of authority;
consulting with local content owners to ensure standards, templates, and publishing protocol are followed; and supporting content organization and standardization efforts that lead to improved search efficiency and improved usability.
This position may be responsible for systems trainings; templates, micro-learning, content management.
Required Job Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree AND three (3) years' experience with corporate content management, knowledge management and policy and procedural research, writing and storage OR seven 7 years' experience with corporate content management, knowledge management and policy and procedural research, writing and storage.
2 years learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting.
Experience with documenting software projects.
Proven ability to be effective in a position requiring a high degree of self-direction, initiative, sound decision-making, good organizational skills and must be able to meet tight deadlines.

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Consulting and analytical skills.
Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
Work with others to analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
Develop solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.

Strong technical writing and content skills and to relay complex information.
PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPPS, NICE and Lotus Notes, or other document and web-based application or tools.
Preferred Job Experience :
Technical Content Experience (SHAREPOINT, Adobe, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI) HIGHLY PREFERRED
Building and Coding Flows in PowerApps and PowerAutomate - HIGHLY PREFERRRED
Familiarity with Content Management Systems or Knowledge Management Systems.
Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.
Familiarity emerging content / knowledge organization models and practices in the industry.
- This is a HYBRID opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.*
