Required Skills and Experience / Must-Haves :
- Must possess experience with working on printers
- Must be able to provide and teach other technical how to handle lever 2 and above critical printer ticket issues
- Responsible for working directly with Lexmark tech support center on diagnosing printer issues and opening service requests for dispatching a technician to insure devices have the maximum potential to be up and running as soon as possible.
Preferred :
- Level 2 & 3 printer experience
- Background in printer hardware support environments.
Education / Must-Haves :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Typically, 3 or more years of relevant experience in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing various types of printer issues in a timely manner
