We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with aspirations to transition into Project Management . If you have a strong background in software engineering, particularly within simulation, and are looking to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.
A BS in Computer Science (or a related field) and a minimum of 7 years of experience with C# or C++ are required.

Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Lead the delivery of projects and products, including planning, design, development, and testing phases
- Develop robust software solutions that align with client requirements and design specifications
- Drive innovation to enhance both individual and team processes and software development practices
- Collaborate closely with project management to optimize workflow efficiency, ensure high-quality deliverables, and manage technical risks
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to remain stationary and operate a computer for extended periods
- Frequent communication with clients and team members
- Willingness to travel as necessary
