The Executive Director will be responsible for overall financial and clinical operations of the full-campus retirement community. A major part of this role includes supervising all departments to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.    When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim leader, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way.    Job Duties  Financial management of the facility  Ability to form and maintain trusting relationships with staff, residents and families  Identify any operational issues and work to implement timely solutions  Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compliance regulations    Qualifications  At least two years of experience serving as an Executive Director or Assisted Living Administrator in continuing care retirement community  Bachelor’s degree   Obtain required licensure in Washington, if applicable  Passion for serving senior populations  Ability to motivate staff and drive resident and family satisfaction      Benefits  Weekly

Job Duties
