facility to support Affera’s cardiac ablation generator product manufacturing. As a hardware test technician, you will have responsibility for performing manufacturing functional and safety testing for the cardiac ablation product.

You will support improvements in manufacturing quality, capacity, and stability through solving problems, developing solutions, and executing strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.

Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operate related equipment, conduct tests and report data in prescribed format.

Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.

Participates and leads investigation for process and product non conformances Uses various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.

May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

Experience handling multiple tasks concurrently Good communication skills (both written and interpersonal). Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment to achieve results Excellent data analysis skills Ensures processes and procedures follow regulations.

This position is on 2nd shift, which is M-F 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM. There is an additional $1.50 per hour as a shift differential.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED AND minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceNice to Have : Preferred Requirements Relevant experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.

Experience in medical device production or manufacturing environmentIPC A 610 experience Soldering Certification / Acceptability of Electronics AssembliesIPC A 620 experience Requirements and Acceptance for Cable / Wire Harness AssembliesOperate and maintain test and inspection equipment, including : Ohmmeters, multimeters, and electrical continuity testersOscilloscope & Hi Pot testersMust be proficient in all MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPointStrong communication skillsA roll up your sleeves and jump in where help is needed mentalityAbility to lift 40lbs.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $54,000.00 - $81,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location.

Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
