Interior Designer - CAD

This position will be responsible for the complete design of various types of residential projects, primarily kitchens and baths, for both home remodel and new construction projects.

This position will be responsible for providing new clientele through outside solicitation / networking. This person will be responsible for preparing conceptual designs, design development, construction drawings pricing of cabinetry and other materials, meeting with clients, closing the deal, and following through with project execution

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry
• Degree in Interior Design is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD and / or 20 / 20 Software
• Must possess excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
• Must have established sales record with strong consultative closing skills

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to :

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
