ADP is seeking a UX leader to spearhead a radical transformation in our talent management solutions. We are developing our next-generation product to help organizations optimize and execute their talent strategies which will enhance efficiency and better decision-making.
As the Sr. Manager of UX Design, you will take on a team of UX Designers with a mission to deliver cohesive and meaningful experiences, through a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
You will partner closely with user research, product management and engineering teams.
This fast-paced, user-centric environment is comprised of passionate, innovative, and a rapidly growing group of UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers.
