- Oversee the scheduling, dispatching and routing of the drivers
- Monitor real-time dispatch software and communication systems while managing the flow of vehicles and drivers
- Coordinate with maintenance as needed to ensure the effectiveness of customer equipment
- Operate the scale equipment as needed to weigh trucks in / out
- Maintain day to day regular schedule hauling for customers efficiently
- Maintain proper personal / vacation time requests of the drivers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to dispatch operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of dispatch operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing dispatch operations
Job Type : Full-time
PREFERRED
- Experience in the transportation / trucking industry
- Experience in the fuel industry
- Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
- CDL - Class A
