Job Description :

Global Risk Solutions Inc. is seeking disciplined, professional, and dedicated security agents to join our Bay Area team, specifically in Danville, CA.

We highly value candidates with prior military or law enforcement experience. As a crucial part of our security team, you will ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and event participants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors access the premises.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing directions and answering questions.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, and other situations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the security team and event staff.
• Assist with crowd control during peak times or events.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Provide information about procedures and processes to visitors and clients as needed.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Effectively de-escalate tense interactions with students, parents, and guests.

Qualifications :

• 6+ years of prior security experience; close protection experience is desired
• Military and Law-Enforcement Experience is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Deep knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work 4 of the 6 event dates (REQUIRED)
• Physically capable of performing the duties required.
• Understanding of professional boundaries and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The ability to Commute within the Bay Area is required for this position.
