Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized advice.
Inbound Calls : Efficiently manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and proposing solutions.
Policy Customization : Tailor insurance plans to meet each client's specific needs and preferences.
Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Relationship Building : Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about insurance industry trends and updates to offer valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas Property & Casualty License required.
Experience : Previous Allstate experience as a LIcensed Sales Professional.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Client Focus : Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
