Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Systems Analyst proficient in the Workday Financials platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial data modeling, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of Workday's capabilities and functionalities.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in optimizing financial processes, driving system enhancements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Data Modeling : Develop and maintain robust financial models within the Workday platform to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to analyze financial trends, identify key performance indicators, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

System Optimization : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Workday.

Implement best practices and enhancements to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and drive efficiency.

Configuration and Integration : Configure Workday financials modules to align with organizational requirements and business processes.

Lead integration efforts with other financial systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Data Integrity and Governance : Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data within Workday.

Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with data quality and compliance.

User Support and Training : Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries in a timely manner.

Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to empower stakeholders with the knowledge and skills required to effectively leverage Workday financials.

Project Management : Lead or participate in projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives within scope and budget.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.

g., CPA, CFA, Workday certification) is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, with a focus on Workday financials platform.
• Strong proficiency in financial data modeling, including advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.

g., Tableau, Power BI).

• In-depth knowledge of Workday financial modules (e.g., Financial Management, Procurement, Expenses) and their configuration capabilities.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting technical issues within Workday.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and drive projects to completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
