The Role
As a Senior Account Director, you will be tasked to identify and develop new Large Enterprise Financial Technology sales opportunities;
by providing product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
This individual will introduce Lumens Solutions Portfolio of services to new and / or existing customers and will be responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans.
The Main Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to win new business from new and / or existing Banking or Financial Services accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with acquired and / or existing customers in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales and / or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
- Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
- Identify, bids, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite. May have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and / or services.
- Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
- Provides input to sales management about trends and changes taking place within the customer’s organization, and makes recommendations about future courses of action necessary of the company towards improving its position with the customer.
What We Look For in a Candidate
This position allows for work from home when not in Team or Client Meetings in one of the following areas, Charlotte, North Carolina, or Jacksonville, Florida.
Individual will be required to conduct sales activities outside the office, 50% or more of time.
- 7+ years of industry / technical sales experience.
- Business Outcome Selling Expertise
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
- Proficient in MS office products : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
This position also has commission in addition to the base salary.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$118,130- 157,500 in these states : FL
$124,040- $165,380 in these states NC
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
