Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support for product and second line compliance teams with respect to our compliance obligations under US and other laws.
- Collaborate and align with relevant functions within Legal, Product, and Policy to optimize, draft, review and implement compliance policies, processes, controls, remediations, and training.
- Support second line monitoring and testing teams as they evaluate controls.
- Advise on exploitation and compliance risks for product and supplier operations, and third-party oversight and monitoring.
- Support internal compliance investigations, risk assessments, and audits.
- Undertake special projects and support other payments or HEx compliance program initiatives.
