As our Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $100,000 - $110,000 per year , plus a monthly commission for direct sales revenue generation.

HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS :

As our Sales and Business Development Manager, your day involves executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

You focus on building and nurturing relationships through emails, social media, and direct marketing while maintaining a strong community presence.

Your responsibilities include making 150+ outbound sales calls, scheduling appointments with prospective referral sources, and managing a dynamic online marketing strategy.

You create engaging content, drive customer reviews on Google and Facebook, and adjust campaigns based on market research and competitor activities.

Additionally, you manage your book of business using Zoho CRM and proprietary ERP software, ensuring a strategic approach to sales efforts.

You prepare detailed reports on critical success factors, meet with key clients, and develop relationships with high-potential prospects to secure referrals.

You also train the office team on inquiry calls and overcoming objections, ensuring consistency in the corporate brand image across all promotional materials and events.

By the end of the day, you've actively contributed to revenue growth and expanded the company's reach within the community.

This position will work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM with the flexibility to work nights or weekends and travel as needed.

THE QUALIFICATIONS :

We're looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who is self-motivated and obsessed with creating great experiences for clients.

  • 5+ years of outside and inside sales experience
  • Presentation, networking, events, and relationship-building experience
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and lead generation
  • Experience creating and sharing content for social media, blogs, and emails
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertisements and page management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a start-up healthcare company
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion, honesty / integrity, and dedication / commitment
  • Results-oriented mindset and driven to achieve success
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Prior digital marketing knowledge would be very beneficial! Having 2 years of call center experience and a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Additionally, any healthcare experience would be a bonus!
