Job Title : Cafeteria Assistant
Location : Chattanooga TN
Salary : $14 per hour

Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve food for hospital guests, patients, and employees in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and assembling menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafeteria, kitchen, and serving areas.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests and staff, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and monitoring food supplies.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including requirements for vaccination and health screenings.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Must be vaccinated and able to provide proof of vaccination records due to the proximity to sick patients.
Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings as required by the hospital.
