We are working with a strong, stable local company. They are growing, and we are looking for an Office Manager to add to their team.
The Office Manager will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to accounts payable, receivable, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities :
Tracking expenses and advances
Preparation and bill payment
Perform Reconciliations
Balance Cash
Requirements :
At least 3 years experience
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a must
Must be organized and detail-oriented
An accounting degree is preferred
