Responsibilities
- Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Interviewing / Screening : Conduct initial phone screens and thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate inquiries, forward to Hiring Managers, track activity and create reports
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage technology platforms for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a team-centric environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- 2 years of experience in recruitment
