We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our team at a growing CPA firm in Chandler, Arizona. Our firm has offices in both Scottsdale and Chandler, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Establish strong relationships with clients by actively gathering information, resolving issues, and providing valuable recommendations for process improvements.
- Oversee and supervise audit, review, and compilation engagements. This includes comprehensive planning, execution, direction, and completion of financial audits.
- Display a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and proficient financial statement presentation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates in the audit process, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statements and pertinent audit-related issues.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of clients’ business operations to better serve their specific needs.
- Execute other assigned accounting services with efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience.
- Must possess an active CPA license.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing superior client service.
- Self-motivated individuals with excellent multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
- Exhibit professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness, while maintaining a cooperative and collaborative attitude.
- Possess exceptional project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
