Senior Compensation Program Manager
Contract : 6 months+
Location : 100% Remote
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and lead the rollout and continuous improvement of global compensation programs.
- Drive the design, testing, and implementation of a compensation planning tools (such as Workday, HRSoft, or Pave).
- Manage and analyze complex datasets to distill data-driven compensation insights and communicate findings effectively.
- Model compensation scenarios and build tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Compensation Program Management : Experience in leading and managing compensation programs, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation : Proficiency in managing and analyzing complex datasets to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management : Expertise in developing project plans, managing large cross-functional projects, and utilizing project management methodologies and techniques.
- System and Tool Proficiency : Skilled in designing and testing compensation planning tools such as Pave and Workday, and conducting technology reviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Ability to effectively partner and communicate with key stakeholders including People Partners, People Ops, IT, and Talent Management.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like spreadsheets and databases.
- Change Management : Experience in driving change across all organizational levels and developing communication plans for large-scale projects.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility : Ability to navigate ambiguity, deal with quick change, and a strong inclination to learn new things and think creatively.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
