My client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a short term assignment who will help support the accounting and finance team.
Must have Mac OS experience, you will be issued a Mac laptop. This role will be remote (temporary) in the eastern time zone, lasting around 6-8 weeks .
Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Potentially, work with clients directly on reconciliations and statement needs
- Support Sales and client services with client invoice and payment challenges
- Assist in application of payments
- Work with all accounting and finance teams on ad hoc administration and project needs
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timely payment
- Check deposits, support processing of payments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have A / R experience, general ledger, posting,
- 2 years’ successful experience in meeting queue-driven activities with high degree of accuracy and within agreed service levels
- Must have strong Exce l skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Meticulous organization skills and detail-oriented
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
