Your Role : Accounts Specialist

As an Accounts Specialist, you will be a key stakeholder in managing the company’s accounts process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with account executives and production staff to ensure clients are billed in a prompt and accurate manner.
• Create, review and process invoices accurately and timely. Verify coding, approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure client payments are received in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies.

What You Bring :

• At least an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Experience working with unique project billings is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
