Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of processes to ensure documents are scanned into their correct application, indexed, inspected, and available in a timely manner.
- Daily operation and maintenance of equipment. Report any problems so that they can be resolved promptly and put back into service.
- Properly disseminate, store, and destruction of all content.
- Follow all company and department policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass Alfa’s Following Written Instructions and Matching Alphanumeric tests.
- Possess typing skills, 10-key calculator skills, computer skills, filing experience, and mathematical ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs.
