Wire Desk

• Generate wire report for daily outgoing wires
• Post funds received and disbursed in accordance with the bank activity
• Validate ABA and Account numbers on wire instructions
• Release / Approve Seller Proceeds wires
• Monitor the Wires email inboxes to ensure wires are prepped and funds are posted
• Validate and Post Ledger Transfers
• Daily wires Reconciliation
• Update Inspired Title Services check log
• Work together as a team to ensure consistent workflow throughout the process and stay in constant communication with team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
