Key Responsibilities :
- Dimensional Checks : Perform precise dimensional checks on manufactured parts.
- Quality Containment : Participate in quality containment actions.
- 5S Initiatives : Promote and support plant-wide cleanliness, organization, and safety initiatives.
- Professional Representation : Represent the Quality function professionally to new and existing production team members.
- Collaboration : Build effective working relationships with Production Supervisors, Operations / Plant Manager, Process Engineers, Application Engineers, Tool-room Team, and Administrative Team.
- Attendance : Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
- Professional Interaction : Interact respectfully and professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Flexibility : Be available for overtime as needed.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Associate or higher degree preferred; significant work experience in quality inspection within the plastic injection molding industry will be considered.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, check fixtures, and digital cameras.
- Team Orientation : Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
