In this role, you will provide high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities : Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of garage doors and related systems for residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with garage doors and openers, providing effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety of garage door systems.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job site. Keep tools and work area organized and in good condition.
Qualifications : High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in garage door service and repair.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Familiarity with hand and power tools is required. Reliable transportation is essential.
Flexible availability is crucial. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous. What We Offer : Coverage of all material costs.
