Job Summary :

We are looking for an Underground Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The Foreman will manage the installation of underground facilities while acting as a point of contact among crew members.

This individual will have exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in an everchanging work environment.

We are looking for experienced individuals with knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to) :

Work alongside your team to ensure team members are on task, productive, and all safety regulations are adhered toCoordinate tasks according to priorities and plans in an everchanging work environmentOperate, manage, and guide the use of machinery and equipmentRead blueprints, drawings, and plansRecord and report daily / weekly progress to leadershipRepresent WhiteCo in a positive and professional manner at all timesClean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment assigned for usePerform duties in standard and high-risk areasSafely and successfully perform duties all year roundPerform physical tasks required to successfully complete day-to-day operationsTravel overnight to various sites as requestedRequired Skills :

Knowledge and understanding of all installation aspects of underground facilitiesAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and plansValid Class A CDLPass a pre-employment drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Basic computer skillsAt least 5 years of recent experience in telecom constructionAbility to operate all equipment safely and productivelyStrong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with the crew, leadership, and clientsFunction effectively as an integral part of a teamMeet physical demands - lift and / or move 50 to 150 poundsAbility to perform all work outdoors, subject to inclement weather conditionsCompany Profile :
