Medical Office Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Office Admin for our healthcare client located in the Bethlehem area. This position will be a contract to hire opportunity and 100% onsite, full-time position.
This position will be the touchpoint for patient check in / out, medical registration, scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification and assisting with general inquiries and administrative duties.
Interested candidates must be able to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients and give an exceptional patient experience!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience required
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Can adapt throughout the day and meet deadlines when necessary
- Ability to provide a warm experience for others and provide a personable interaction for patients
- Can work well in different software systems
- Able to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environment
Pay Details : $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
