Amaro's Table is thrilled to be opening a new location in Castle Rock this fall (2024), and we're looking for skilled and passionate line cooks to join our growing team! If you enjoy cooking scratch-made food in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Our ideal candidate has the following :
Experience in the Kitchen : Previous cooking experience is essential, particularly in a scratch kitchen. Were looking for cooks who know their way around a busy kitchen and can work efficiently during peak hours.
Attention to Detail : Quality matters to us. We need cooks who take pride in their work and maintain consistency and precision, even when things get busy.
Positive Attitude : We value teamwork and a good attitude. Our ideal candidate is someone who can keep the energy up and support their fellow team members.
Willingness to Learn : At Amaros Table, we believe in growth and development. We want line cooks who are open to feedback and eager to learn new skills and techniques.
Strong Work Ethic : Our kitchen gets busy, and we need cooks who can stay focused, organized, and maintain high standards no matter the volume.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are upheld
- Assisting with prep work and station setup as needed
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
