Responsibilities :
- Visit with General Contractors, Building Owners, and other Subcontractors to discuss status, next steps, and coordination of one or multiple projects.
- Work with internal estimating, design, detailing, pre-construction, accounting, purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project deliverables are met and exceeded.
- Oversee project schedule and budget
- Submit change order and RFI requests when necessary
- Balance time and schedule between the office, job site(s) to ensure projects are to code, on time, and under budget.

Requirements :
