Revenue Cycle Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Revenue Cycle Specialist for our healthcare client located in Central Phoenix. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity and 100% in-office.
This role will be focused on the full medical billing cycle, including the front end data entry and verification, to the backend of AR and collections.
Interested candidates must feel comfortable performing phone correspondence with patients, providers, and insurance companies and need to have knowledge on the full revenue cycle and all insurance payers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years full cycle medical billing / claims experience
- Proficient within Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well independently and with others
- Can meet production metrics as expected by management and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of all insurance payers, ICD 10 codes, and full revenue cycle process
Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
