Benefits :Orange Dental Partners is a multi-specialty group practice looking for an EXPERIENCED Lead Dental Assistant.
Candidates must have a valid Florida Dental Radiology License. Applying candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years Lead Dental Assisting experience.
The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual (Spanish) and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Maintaining clinical area to OSHA standards
- Leadership and training of clinical support staff
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
- Assist dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- Current Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certificate or state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
- Previous experience as a lead dental assistant
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
