Quardev is seeking a part-time, remote Documentation Specialist with a backround in education technology, and EdTech platforms specifically.

As the Documentation Specialist, you will support our education technology client on a part-time, W2 contract basis, working 100% remote during EST hours.

You will be working closely with accessibility and product teams and responsible for documenting product overviews and user flows for a variety of learning tools and education technology platforms, with the goal of creating final documents to be used by accessibility auditors.

This is an ideal opportunity for you if you are a quick learner and comfortable with online platforms and technology tools and are able to learn and document their purpose and experience and work flows.

Previous documentation experience and be able to provide an example of work that includes detailed step text complemented with meaningful screenshots is required for consideration for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior Education Technology Industry experience
• Prior technology tool and platform documentation experience
• Must have non-technical user story and documentation experience
• Able to produce accurate and relevant documentation and documentation templates in a timely fashion
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Smartsheet, Asana, and JIRA is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills.
• Inquisitive nature with a willingness to ask questions and probe for information.
• Strong time management skills.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness and candor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Please Note

• This is a remote, 18-10 hours per week role. It is not eligible for Corp-to-Corp (C2C), visa sponsorship or transfer (H1b).
• You must be able to work consistent EST hours to be eligible for this position.
• Compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $33 per hour
