WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for processing in-bound and out-bound orders, coordinating 3PL transportation, and performing data-entry.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process in-bound and out-bound orders and verify accuracy of orders.
• Generate orders by performing data-entry into Microsoft Excel.
• Provide customer service and respond to order inquiries for cafés distributed out of Northern and Sothern California.
• Answer questions pertaining to order status, review overages, shortages and damages and issue credits accordingly.
• Process will call, prepare invoices, print packing slips, and check inventory levels using in-house computer system, R365.
• Coordinate with 3PL transportation companies.
• Perform other duties, as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to perform office support duties, including data-entry.
• Basic-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• No lifting requirements.
• Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment.
