As a program manager on the People Development and Culture, Communications team within Global Operations, you’ll focus on driving talent, engagement, and culture through strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives.

People Development and Culture

• Priorities include talent development and training, both foundational and technical, across all levels of the Global Operations organization.
• Work closely with teams within Global Operations, HR, and the broader organization to identify project requirements and stakeholders' priorities.
• Create content and execute initiatives while monitoring effectiveness and sustainability.

Communications

• Develop the communications strategy for the Global Operations organization.
• Support high-visibility strategic communications and presentations, partnering with the global communications team as needed.

REQUIRED

• 3-5 years in People Development
• Passion for people and prior experience in supporting talent, engagement, and culture efforts
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Team player with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
• Demonstrated program / project management skills
• Resourceful and independent thinker
