Join our family-owned staffing company as a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. We are committed to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs.
This is a full-time position with a focus on data entry, customer service, and accounting support.
Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry tasks with a typing speed of 50+ words per minute
- Manage customer service inquiries via phone, providing exceptional support in the absence of the owner and previous assistant
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Assist with general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Support the preparation of profit and loss statements (P&L) and other financial reports
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday, approximately 35-40 hours per week

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or accounting is a plus
- Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on data entry and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with medium to high Excel skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
