The Opportunity We're seeking a talented and experienced Video Content Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and social media content creation, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead video editing projects from concept to completion Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement engaging video content strategies Capture and edit high-quality video for marketing purposes across multiple platforms Oversee production of social media content creation, including live streams and short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Serve as in-house photographer for model stock shots and product imagery Travel to off-site photoshoots to assist the photography team and capture behind-the-scenes footage Lead, train and mentor junior team members in video production and editing techniques Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Arts, Film Production, or related field 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and production Expert proficiency in video editing software, particularly Final Cut Pro X Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with social media video production and live streaming Excellent camera operation skills for both video and still photography Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills What We Offer - Be part of a mission-driven brand with a strong community of loyal customers.
