Initially, you will lead by example as an individual contributor, and as the sales team expands, you will transition into a pivotal role, shaping and growing the salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve performance targets by aligning specific account action plans with strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of the sales team.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Develop and coordinate sales training programs and sales models to maximize potential.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create effective support and pull-through programs.
  • Deliver analytics, trends, and progress updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Ten years’ experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Sales experience, preferably in Ophthalmology.
  • Bachelor’s degree
