We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team. You'll be at the heart of our engineering operations, handling a variety of municipal, commercial, and residential projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in AutoCAD and Civil3D, and your prowess in developing innovative Drainage Designs.

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in leading our team to deliver high-quality results that meet client specifications and exceed expectations.

This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and manage a wide range of municipal, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established standards and regulations.

2. Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D to design, plan, and visualize project requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all stages of project execution.

3. Develop innovative and effective drainage designs, taking into account environmental considerations, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

4. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

6. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation, including project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and progress updates.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant engineering solutions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal, commercial, and residential projects.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D, with a proven track record of utilizing these tools in project management.

4. Extensive experience in developing and implementing drainage designs.

5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

7. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.

8. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
